Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

i want to know if i can get details on Locks and Latches.

prior to this post i had gone through this document 'http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28320/waitevents001.htm#BGGHJGII' but the number of processes mentioned in it are very few.

Anything helpful is highly appreciated,
