'Page Definition' for 'Create Case' page ('/oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/SRCreationPG 120.18.12

Hi,

We are working on 'Case Worker'--->'Agent Dashboard'--->'Create Case' page.

We are not able to retrieve 'Page Definition' for 'Create Case' page , as 'About this page' is not giving any information regarding this. Page name is '/oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/SRCreationPG 120.18.12000000.2'.

Please guide in this.
