How to update the Requisition defaults.

Hi all,

I have made my own default requisition by my own business but when i open the requisition there is no any change, can any body tell me how can i update it so that when i open the default requisition the GL account, department etc should come by default as i enter. Here i am uploading the screen shot in which  i need to change these circled things.
