Unable to start OMS service after Windows Updates

I am running OMS 11.1.0.1 on 32bit Windows 2008 server and had to install some Windows updates. (KB2862152, KB2868626, KB2876331, KB2888505, KB2900986) After a restart OMS services would not start. (Server is reachable and there were no other changes made at all.)
