Automatic Journal Posting in Secondary Ledger

 Hello All,
We want the journals in secondary ledger to be automatically posted as soon as they are created in secondary ledger. 

We have setup the journal conversion rule 'Post Journals Automatically from Source Ledger' to Yes. Still the secondary Ledger journals are in 'Unposted' status.

Please advise.
