SQL Picking different SQL ID

Hi All, 
query which runs in 5s in one database takes more than 3 -4 hrs in another,the sql picks different sqlid in the database where it runs very long..there is no object and stats difference b/w these environments,what could be the cause of it?

version is 11.2.0.3
