OAF personalization not applying on Create Case page for a particular responsibility

Hi,

We are facing problem while applying OAF personalization done on Create Case page.

After applying chage in property of any field on Create Case page, it is not reflecing on page.

What can be the problem for this? It is coming for aparticular responsibility only. Changes are reflected for other resonsibilities.
