Applying a valueset in OA pages,truncates the values

 Hi

We are on 12.1. 3 .

Independent Value set  was defined  with the  below values

*Acceptable - Provide Justification

*Not Acceptable - Provide Corrective Action

Not Applicable - Optional Comment

For a Sourcing internal requirement,they wanted the users to provide the values in the above valueset and applied this valuset.

After applying ,we noticed that the values are truncated.

*Acceptable - Provide Justific

*Not Acceptable - Provide Corr

Not Applicable - Optional Comm

After this,we can edit the values to reflect like the initial values..I dont see any column width issue.

I can understand why these values from valueset gets truncated?
