Web Services for Agile 9.3.1.2

Where can I find Oracle documentation on configuring web services for an external user who wants to exchange compliance data with our company. We are currently running Agile 9.3.1.2 on OAS. I understand that we need to upgrade to Web Logic first. Our extenal user wants to be able to perform these types of searches and queries.

SearchService.advancedSearchSearchService.quickSearchSearchService.CreateQuerySearchService.DeleteQuerySearchService.LoadQuerySearchService.ExecuteSavedQueryBusinessService.GetObjectAccess to the Agile Integration Services, specifically the “exportPartList” web method
