DMZ configuration for iSupplier Portal

Hello Experts,
I am a functional consultant.
I am coordinating the config of DMZ between our DBA and company website team.

I need a subdomain https://iSupplier.htgl.com

If get this subdomain activated by our website team and give it to our DBA , will it be enough.

Are there any other things we need to take care.
