Patch 16705863:R12.CLE.B - Fails Running Script cle_f262_dfftoldffmig.sql

Hello Support,
We are upgrading our EBS system from 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 and during installation of patch 16705863 one of the workers errored on script cle_f262_dfftoldffmig.sql with this error:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01747: invalid user.table.column, table.column, or column specification
ORA-06512: at line 255

I could not find any reference to such an error on metalink or on the web. Im uploading the patch and worker logs, please help us solve the problem and complete the patch installation.
