No Russian.dll file in Classic Client 13.4.1.5

Hello,

I've installed Classic Client 13.4.1.5 but there is no Russian.dll file in the folder of installation. I have Russian regional settings and when I launch Classic Client it shows error that Russian.dl is not found. Then it starts, but all menus are in English. I tried to install Classic Client 13.4.1.11 but result is the same - no Russian.dll and menus are in English.

Does anybody knows how to resolve the isue?
