HFM and Task Flows

New to this community, so forgive me if this has been answered. Tried to do a search but that didn't work. So here goes. We're on HFM 11.1.2.2.305 and have a situation where we have a few folks who need the ability to manage task flows in HFM. However, we don't want them to have admin rights or the ability to do anything else to the application, except manage task flows. It appears that you need to assign the "Financial Management Manager" role to accomplish this, which we can do because they could delete or add an application. Has anyone
