Invalid AAD for Federal Costing Application Accounting Definition and can not validate

We are applying the last several recommended patch sets to our 12.1.3.  I have imported the AAD for Cost Management (path - /bom/12.0.0/patch.115/import/US/cstxlaaad.ldt) after the patches and ran the Validation.  However, the Federal Costing Application (FV_CST_AAD) is now invalid and I can not get it validate either through the concurrent program or the form.  Has anyone seen this issue?  While we don't the Federal Costing would still like to have the AAD validated.
