AM_AMAEDIST is not created accounting entries(PS_DIST_LN) for fixed assets

AM_AMAEDIST is not created accounting entries(PS_DIST_LN) for fixed assets

TRANS_TYPE = 'ADD'

DISTRIBUTION_TYPE = 'FA'

Can anyone tell me what is stoping to create this entries on DIST_LN table? this is happening for only few assets coming from AP

FYI

AM_DPCLOSE process didnt help as well

this asset have CALC_DEPR_STATUS='I' in OPEN_TRANS table for TRANS_TYPE = 'ADD' & 'CORP' book
