SSHR Leave Messages as Warning

Hi All,

My customer requirement is to display warning message whenever leave entry being done is against policy. For example if employee on probation tries to enter leave, he should get warning message but system should allow him with leave entry.

As per my knowledge user hooks can be used only to display error messages and not warning messages.

Please let me know how this can be achieved.
