 Hi ORACLE CONSULTING : This thread will address your following issue 

We got error while applying apps patch.

AD Worker error:
The following ORACLE error:

ORA-12520: TNS:listener could not find available handler for requested type of server


occurred while executing the SQL statement:

CONNECT APPLSYS/*****

AD Worker error:
Unable to connect to Application Object Library.
