2-system upgrade from OEM 11g to 12c

Hi,

I am planning to do upgrade our OEM 11g (11.1.0.1.10) using 2-system upgrade type.

The current 10g repository is 10.2.0.4. The new database for 12c repository is 11.2.0.3 (has been created).

Can I just expdp the schema SYSMAN from 10g database and impdp to 11g?

Document just mention to backup (using RMAN) the database that has SYSMAN schema.

My consideration is:

The database 11.2.0.3 was created using the provided template that already contain OEM 12c SYSMAN schema and all objects, as well as all needed privileges.

If I drop the schema SYSMAN for impdp, I worry to loss all granted privileges.
