October PSU release advisory "Affected Products and Versions" has no patches for 11.5.10.2

Hello Support,
Usually "Affected Products and Versions" will have 11.5.10.2 E-Business Suite. But October 2013 psu release advisory doesn't has 11.5.10.2 in "Affected Products and Versions". So no patches suggested for 11.5.10.2 E-Business sute in october psu release , correct?
