Information concerning the Handicapped field (HM04)

Hi Community,We use a web based form to inject EE information direct to Z file (F060116Z), after injection we use the application P060116P (Employee Work File Revision) to add some missing info. When every thing is fine so we use the report R060116P to inject the final data into F060116.
I know that in DD the default value for the alias HM04 is 'N'. Actualy we have around 700 records in F060116 with a value 'N' and 1500 records without 'N' blank. We have no idea where this value come from. I'm 100% sure that this value is not key in by the user and not coming from our web based form.
