Very urgent -- CRS issue

 

There is coming naother problem I had followed some steps while applying manula patch and I also executed below script

/oragrid_01/Grid_11203/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -unlock which brought down the crs .

Thereafter the patch failed and I did crsctl start crs

Now if I again use oragrid_01/Grid_11203/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -unlock below error is ocming

The Oracle Grid Infrastructure stack failed to stop.
You should stop the stack with 'crsctl stop crs' and rerun the command
