After upgrade from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 and custom CCFrameBanner.swt in Open UI

I have recently upgraded from Siebel 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 and we did customized the CCFrameBanner.swt to show custom logo for our app but looks like 8.1.1.11 upgrade renamed the custom CCFrameBanner.swt (in /home/pipe/siebel/8.1.1.10/ses/siebsrvr/webtempl/ouiwebtempl/custom folder) to pam_CCFrameBanner_NotInUse.swt. That means all changes done there are lost now. Is anyone is seeing the same behavior?
