Enrollment

Hi ,       In campus solution Enrollment is reading the projected academic level while the enrollment appointment is reading the term end academic level. For example if students projected academic level is sophomore it will get an appointment for sophomore but its term end academic level is still junior. So in this case he/she is unable to enroll. How is it possible that both should read the same academic level. Please help.
