Oracle Alert With Action Type XML Concurrent Program is not picking the layout and template

Hi Gurus,

We created an Oracle Alert with Action Type Concurrent Program in Action Details.

We selected the Concurrent Program in our HRMS Application which is an XML Publisher Concurrent Program with PDF output.

When we check the Alert , it is performing the Action i.e. Submitting the XML Program we selected and completing normally, but the issue is it is giving the output as XML code, it is not generating the PDF.

When we submit the Concurrent Program directly from the HRMS responsibility it is completing normally and generating the PDF as expected.

Please advise .
