Regarding Blanket Order.

Hi,

 My Requirement is as follow..

1.once purchase blanket order  is created with specific start date to end date it should get freezed.

2. any revision to blanket order can done by particular set of user's only, no other user must be able make changes in blanket order thereafte except some user's

3. whenever their is any revision in purchase blanket order , it must be caught/tracked in some table file which further can be used to generate tracking report.

4. I don't want to user F43199 or not depend on F43199.

5. give me solution for same critieria mention above  for sales blanket order.
