Not able to start application

Hello

We are not able to start bso application. Log message is as follows:

Unable To Read Information From [D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\EssbaseServer\essbaseserver1\APP\XXXXXXX\XXXXXXX\XXXXXXX.db]

Unable to load database [XXXXXXX], error code [1019038]

We tried to replace db file by using dbb but it did not work. We copied the application to another server. The application was copied . Copied application started successfully.
