Create a target list of Organisation emails

I urgently need to create a target list of Organisation emails (not the Contacts within the Organisations) for a specific Organisation Type an individual owner all within a specific town location in On Demand Marketing.Can any one advise on how this can be achieved as I am currently only returning the Contacts from within the Organisations.Many Thanks in anticipation of your assistance.Best regards.Robin.
