Unable to delete hyperion business rules from EAS

Hi,
When I am trying to delete a specific business rules from EAS console,  I am getting the message below:

"Unable to delete Dummy_HBR because it is open for edit or browse"

Dummy_HBR is the name of the business rule I am trying to delete.

Any ideas on this?

Any help would be appreciated.
