Not able to settle Team/Group claim when the profile option OZF : Claim Access Security is set to "
1. We created a group in CRM Administrator with 2 members.
2.In Territory Management module we defined Territory and assigned the 2 members, one with primary contact and other with default access type.
3. when we created claim through Lockbox process, the claim got assigned to the primary contact person based on Territory rule defined in step 2.
4. The profile option OZF : Claim Access Security is set to " No Access" at responsiility level so that the user can view and settle only his claim and his team claim.
5.When the other person in the team tried to settle the team claim, system is throwing the following error message."You do not have privilege to perform this operation. Please contact the claim owner and ask them to add you to the team".
