The value "1991" for paramater p_org_id is invalid

Hi,

We are getting this error when creating the service request - "The value "1991" for paramater p_org_id is invalid". I ran into the oracle note -(Doc ID 844275.1).

We have already set the MO: Operating Unit, MO: Default Operating Unit and MO: Security profile appropriately.

Can you please direct what else might be missing duw tho which we are getting this error when creating the service request.
