Windows 7 and Smartview

If we try and launch a Excel reoprt from within the Workspace (i.e. the Explore menu) then Smartview and Excel need already to have been opened othewise the report/speadsheet will open Excel but not show the Smartview menu. Instead a frozen button-icon bar appears on the addins tab.

If Smartview/Excel isrunning however the reoprt will load correctly, however after the report is selected an additional login dialogue box appears (see attached). This can eventually be cleared by selecting Cancel a few times, but is annoying fot the users. This is only an issue in Windows 7 however.
