Web Development issue

Hi All,
I have created web development feature in our new installation. Everything goes smooth, feature is being installed, then it starts without any issues but there are no items but "Actions" in Navigator and any time I try to run any app from fast path I get: Critical SYstem Error. Contact your Administrator.

Have you seen such issue? Can you please advise on this one?
