Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. XML publisher - Invalid Character while opening RTF template

Hi

Some of Oracle reports using seeded RTF template like trial balance etc running with warning.

OPP log shows 'oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Invalid char in text.'

I have corrected some of the characters but some xml files are huge to check.

Is there a permanent soultion to this?
