Hello Support,
Following note 'What Is The Current Latest Cumulative GTAS Patch Available For 11i And R12? (Doc ID 1564567.1)', applying patches to test instance, we receive the following errors:

We are getting following error while applying patch 14774455 Performing version checking...

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'fv forms/US FVIPHIST.fmb'
