Asset table not being created when Cost, Book and Asset Acquistion Detail tables are created.

I'm looking for information that may cause the system to create Cost, Book, and Asset_acq_det tables without creating an Asset table entry.  If you have had this happen, how did you fix it?  We ran 3 FAD transactions for new assets.  Both the PO/Receiver and AP records were loaded through the Intfc_pre_am table which created the Intfc_fin and Intfc_phy_a tables.  When the AMIF1000 process was run, these 3 assets were created in the three tables but the Asset table record does not exist.  There doesn't appear to be anything different about those entries from others that created all the tables.
