Siebel 7.8 Marketing - Linked Email Campaigns

Hi all,

I want to be able to send linked email campaigns via Siebel Marketing 7.8. e.g., after a customer signs up, on Day 1 - send them a Welcome email, on Day 3 - send them a Followup email, on Day 5, another email, etc.

From reading Bookshelf, i gather that Siebel Marketing supports this - however the steps to do so are not written down. e..g, do i use a Program with many Stages. how do i link the Stages? can i use the Marketing Design Flow tool?
