Custom Union Due Calculation

I have a need to calculate union dues based on:

Hourly rate multiplied by 1%  = Month Amt,

Multiply month Amt. by 12 = yrly Amt,

Divide Yrly Amt. by 26 = Bi-Wkly PR deduction.

I am trying to use a Custom DBA Table Method  with Caculation Table setup as JDE does not provide any Table Method DBA based on  Hourly Rate.  Any better ideas, please advise.
