BI 11.1.1.7.1 x DB 12.1.0.1

 Hello guys,
I'm running the latest version of RCU (Repository Creation Utility) to create the schema of the Oracle BI 11.1.1.7.1 on an non-pluggable Oracle RAC Database 12c 12.1.0.1 Standard Edition.

I'm having two problems that I report below:

Problem 1: "The database you are connecting to is not a supported version. Enter a database with version equal to or higher than 11.1.0.7 in 11g. Refer to the certification matrix for supported DB versions."
I accessed the MOS and checked the Certification Matrix, this tells the Oracle BI 11.1.1.7.1 works with Oracle Database 12.1.0.1 12c.
In this case, is there some file checks RCU I need to edit so that it recognizes the 12c?
