Minimum Patch Requirements for 11iATG_PF.H.delta (RUP7)

 I need to install 11iATG_PF.H.delta (RUP7) to my ibis instance to support JRE 1.7

I am working through DOC.ID 783600.1 - and am in Patching hell.

I did a preinstall option of the RUP 7 patch - does that exactly apply the patch?
Also, I went back and installed the prerequisite patches and  am stuck on patch 4206794.

I am getting really confused as to the minimal requirements, Patching Wizard does not work - cause I don't havethe up to date patches.

Can you recommend an easier way to determine the minimum patches I require?
