XXCE BANK REPORT IN GBP CURRENCY, showing VARIANCE OF £1136.29 IS CONSTANTLY

Hi,

I have an issue with XXCE general ledger reconciliation report which shows Bank statement closing balance in Cash is different from General Ledger position!


Please find attachment and help me out how to solve this issue.

Also revert for any clarifications/information.
