Contract Mangement 14 - Windows 7 64 bit Client Machine : Unable to open DWG attachment

The following IE & Jave Jre configurations are made for Contract Management 14 client machine which is 64 bit windows 7:

1) IE 9 - 32 bit

2) Java JRE version 7 update 21 - 32 bit

 Here the drawing i.e. DWG file attachment cannot be opened,the screen goes blank while trying to open the attachment. While the .pdf can be opened.

Awaiting for Solution.
