How to use Oracle Apps Value Set as LOV in Oracle Forms 10g as LOV data Source

Hi ,
Please help on 

How to use Oracle Apps Value Set 
as LOV in Oracle Forms 10g                   as LOV data Source.

I am Having a Value Set in Oracle Apps.
In My custom Oracle Form , I need to create a LOV field and the lov will contain the same value as Value Set.

So is there any way we can associate or use the Oracle Apps Value Set in Oracle forms LOV.
