REP-1219: 'M_FRAME' Has no size

Hi All

I created a simple report using Report Builder 10.1.2.3.0 for Oracle Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2. I have created lots of custom reports before. I encounter this error when attempting to run the report on the applications. I have searched for solutions and all the pointers I get are not helpful. i.e Converting the report to character Mode. I have rewritten the report in almost every way possible I know. I have run out of options as all other reports work fine only this one is giving this problem.

If anyone has came across this please help.
