Clarification regarding order creation in OSM
We are using OSM 7.2.2.2.2.
When testing O2A functionality, we came aross a situation.
1) CRM has submitted order with three order lines, out of the three one order line is having a FulfillmentItemCode (Product Class) which identifies NONSERVICE.BILLINGITEM Product spec.
2) But the order is not created at OSM saying invalid product spec, cannot create orchestration plan.
3) When the FulfillmentItemCode(FIC) is changed the mapped product spec is identified as SERVICE.VOIP, the order is created sucessfully.
I s ther any mandatory rule that in an order atleast one Fulfillment pattern related to SERVICE.XXXX product spec should be available..
