Is there any other function beside to_check_number that can be used to spell out an amount, i.e. on

I'm working on customizing the delivered CHECK1_CHECK.rtf template for AP checks and am trying to figure out a way to replace the 'XX' that is returned in the cents portion of the payment amount.  My users would like '00' to show on the check if there are no cents in the payment amount.  Does anyone know of another function that will return '00' instead of 'XX'?
