CST_ITEM_COSTS.DEFAULTED_FLAG Mass Update Method?

Hello,Somehow, the CST_ITEM_COSTS.DEFAULTED_FLAG has gotten checked for a number of our production parts causing the cost to be very inflated (pulls from FROZEN and rolled up). We would like to know a method to update this in mass via an interface or direct sql for a specific cost type (PENDING). Removing the associated costs and overheads for this cost type along with this is OK as we'll just to a rollup to get it back. Any help is appreciated!
