Oracle VM Manager used space problem

Hello.

We have Oracle VM Manager (version 3.2.6.726). The used space in repository is 201GB.
We cloned one of the vm 3 times. The used space in repository has become 212GB.
Then we removed clones of the vm. But used space in repository remained at 212GB.

Command ls -lah from repo location shows 201G but VM manager shows 212GB.
We refreshed the repo but it did not help.

Can some body help to resolve this problem?
