Event Error Name: WFE_DISPATCH_RULE_ERR
Event Error Message: 3825: Error '-1086 - ORA-01086: savepoint 'CR_DELETE' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AR_BUS_EVENT_SUB_PVT", line 4956
ORA-01843: not a valid month' encountered during execution of Rule function 'AR_BUS_EVENT_SUB_PVT.

CashReceipt_Delete' for event 'oracle.apps.ar.receipts.CashReceipt.Delete' with key 'oracle.apps.ar.receipts.CashReceipt.Delete_761240_04-DIC-2013 19:21:00'.
