Can you install OID and OVD 11.1.1.7 on WebLogic 12.1.2.0.0 and is it a certified setup?

Using the 'Certification' tab in My Oracle Support I have found the following:
OID and OVD 11.1.1.7 are certified with WebLogic 12.1.2.0.0
OIF 11.1.2.1.0 is certified with WebLogic 12.1.2.0.0
OAM 11.1.2.1.0 is certified with WebLogic 10.3.6 and 12.1.2.0.0
OIM 11.1.2.1.0 is certified with WebLogic 10.3.6 but not 12.1.2.0.0

Can someone clarify if this is correct and if you can install OID and OVD 11.1.1.7 on WebLogic 12.1.2.0.0 and is it a certified setup?
