Windows 7 and IE11

We are currently running Agile 9312. Our users are currently on Java 1.6 update 21. We noticed recently when we upgraded a user to Windows 7 and IE11 that he couldnt upload or download files if he used the advanced file productivity preference. When we switched him to the standard file productivity preference he was OK. Anybody run into this problem?
